BTS Field — Privacy Policy

BTS Field ("the app") is an account-based field-operations app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and phone number, provided by you or your organization's administrator.
• Work data you enter — dispatch assignments, daily and trip reports, time & materials tickets, vehicle inspections, receipts, badges, and related notes.
• Photos — images you attach to reports, receipts, inspections, or badges.
• Location — used only to tag job-site check-ins and provide dispatch navigation, when you grant permission.
• Device push token — to deliver notifications you've enabled.

How we use it

Information is used solely to operate the app's features for your organization — scheduling, reporting, notifications, and record-keeping. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where data is stored

Data is stored using Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and processed only to provide the app. Push notifications are delivered via Apple Push Notification service.

Data sharing

Your data is visible to authorized members of your organization based on their permissions. We do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to run the app (such as hosting and push delivery), or as required by law.

Data retention & deletion

Records are retained while your account is active. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, contact your administrator or email us at rj@ronjames.app.

Children

The app is intended for workplace use by adults and is not directed at children under 13.
